RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) – A company that makes fixtures for companies worldwide says it’s expanding its operations in Beaufort County.
idX Impressions announced Wednesday that it plans to create 159 new jobs and invest $3 million over the next three years in Washington.
The company builds store fixtures for leading retailers, banks and telecom companies. idX Impressions currently employs 84 people in North Carolina.
Salaries will vary by job function, but the average annual payroll for the new jobs will be in excess of $4.8 million, plus benefits.
The project was made possible in part by a performance-based grant from the One North Carolina Fund of up to $300,000.
