Wilmington man accused of setting cars on fire


WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- A Wilmington man is behind bars accused of vandalizing several cars Sept. 1.

Police said Jason Neil Davis, 28, vandalized and or set fire to 12 cars at Isaac's Auto and Towing on Market Street around 9 p.m.

Davis is charged with two counts of burning personal property and one count of injury to personal property. He is in the New Hanover County Jail under a $12,000 secured bond. Police said Davis might face more charges as the investigation continues.
