BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC, (WWAY) -- Brunswick County Sheriff's Office Detectives are asking for help in identifying two suspects in an attempted robbery.

At approximately 9:00 P.M Thursday night, a woman was trying to get into her car at Civietown Road and Holden Beach Road in Supply when she was approached by two males from behind. The victim described the two as black males wearing jeans and black hoodies. One wore a black bandana with a white design and a gold ring with circular diamonds on his left hand. One of the suspects also had an accent.

The suspects attempted to grab the victim's keys but were unsuccessful. The victim was then struck in the back of the head twice with an unknown object.

The subjects then fled on bikes towards the Mt. Pisgah Road and Holden Beach Road intersection.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Ryan Newman at 910-880-4866 or Detective Jason Fennel at 910-880-4895.

NOT SURPRISED

THAT IS A BAD AREA AND THERE ALWAYS SEEMS TO BE SOMETHING STRANGE GOING ON THERE. THAT INTERSECTION IS ROUGH. ALWAYS ALOT OF BAD STUFF THERE.THERE NEEDS TO BE A SECURITY GUARD ON PATROL THERE 24-7.

Wow

They ask for help but did not care one iota when I was robbed of 10 grand. My case got swept under the carpet. I even had evidence and gave it to the detective and he still didn't do anything.

Sure thing...

Sure thing skippy. We still don't care. Move along now.

You must me old

Very old to use a word like skippy.

She apparently had a car and

She apparently had a car and they fled on bikes........It would have been very difficult for me not to chase them down and perform a little "Southern Justice" to the scumbags.

HARD TO SAY

ITS HARD TO SAY WHAT YOU WOULD DO IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES UNTIL YOU ARE THE VICTIM. ITS NOT ALWAYS AS EASY TO DO WHAT YOU SAY YOU WOULD DO IF YOU ARE THE ONE HIT IN THE HEAD.I KNOW THIS PERSON AND TRUST ME SHE WOULD HAVE LOVED TO TAKE CARE OF THESE THUGS HER OWN WAY IF SHE HADNT BEEN HIT SO HARD IN THE HEAD.

Given that she was struck on

Given that she was struck on the back of the head, I reckon it was difficult for her to chase them.
