Arthur is charged with obtaining property false pretense, first degree trespassing, and misdemeanor larceny.

Arthur entered the Brunswick County Landfill in Bolivia between September 16th and September 19th and took various scrap metals including copper and steel.

Scrappy don't

I just have one question was the scrap the guy took going to be recycled by the county? and did the county pay for this scrap or was it just dropped off by citizens whom probably paid a dump fee to do so. If this guy is a citizen of Brunswick county just exactly is the definition of this horrible crime besides the obvious who is the victim?
was he not promoting environmental health?

if they charged people to accept this stuff and were not going to recycle it they should drop the charges and split the money with him for saving room in the landfill and saving them the trouble of hauling it.
Yet they cannot catch three guys with pistols robbing a restaurant
of the jerk that stole some kids car stereo or ransacked parked cars in a neighborhood.
