WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Wilmington Police are investigating an armed robbery that happened at the IHOP at 5355 Market Street early this morning.

Police say at around 1:40 a.m., two black males with blue bandannas confronted three employees as they were exiting the building after closing the store.

Police say the two men ordered the employees into an office in the building, and took the employees’ cell phones and some money before leaving on foot.
