WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Tropical system Karen dissipated to a remnant low before making landfall near Louisiana. The remnant low will continue to move eastward. A cold front will likely tap into its moisture and affect our weather over the next few days. Drier air returns by Tuesday afternoon.

The weather gods told you to buy our carbon tax and you didn’t. You all haven’t been dutiful enough in appeasing us, so it’s time for a storm b/c you all know it’s only the U.S. that is the evil perpetrator. Bow to me or you will pay.

The Weather Channel has gone full Al Gore with non stop infomercials about “global warming.” They can’t even mention the weather in Peoria anymore without getting bugeyed about the global warming nonsense. Global warming is pseudo science hogwash, but the media has drank the koolaid and are good little Obama bots. Ask them what the weather was 1 million years ago and watch them stammer and yammer. You cannot claim industrialization has created “global warming” when your weather data only goes back a few hundred years if that. Its all about people control!

You do realize that the weather channel is owned by msnbc and is their pseudo arm the green political left.

They were all excited about a hurricane hitting the gulf coast again and how many offshore an on shore fuel producing businesses were shut down. That station reminds me of rubber neckers at a train derailment or ambulance chasing lawyers.
