Why shouldn’t they smile? Before the week is out their court appointed attornies (paid by guess who) will file motions to reduce their bonds and a judge, pressured by the over crowded jail and the attorney’s sad tale about these poor, misunderstood, falsely accused children, will give them an unsecured bond and they will be out again, doing the same thing, probably in the same places.
If they are gang members or wannabes, this arrest will get them a promotion in the gang structure if they keep their mouths shut.

Instead of this being some liberal conspiracy, is it not possible that he is simply smiling because he’s a frickin’ idiot?

you know, there is something wrong with our “in”-justice system when a thug can steal, break into homes, go to jail and smile like he just won a $100,000 scratch off ticket!!! no wonder the thuggery keeps going on and on and on and then you see what the bleeding heart liberals want to do like slap them on the hand and say they had a bad child hood or some lame story. there is no real punishment for them to deter them to start with. i mean he is smiling after getting booked on felony charges!!

The “justice” system has them really worried. The one guy looks like he just walked out of a strip club. Yeah, let the system handle these riff raff. Thats really working well. They will be right back doing crimes after they bond out in a day.

will be out on the streets as soon as they bond out, stealing, yet again, from us hard working people. Sad, but true.

Its a shame these low life kids are in this shape. Why don’t you worthless kids try going to college and get an education so you don’t have to steal what somebody has worked hard to get. Why don’t you go get a job making minimum wage since “Obama” ha s “created” jobs?? Y’all are loosers!!

This robbery gang has been terrorizing the city for months. They need maximum sentences for this bunch because stealing from people who WORK for things is not okay. They were chased from my street a few months back and were obviously too stupid to stop while they were ahead.

Time to get firm with robbery suspects…things are getting past the tipping point here in Wilmington.

…before you know it! They know that too. That’s the reason for the smirk. They all need a huge boot abruptly and firmly placed in the middle of their narrow @$$e$!
