WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The Wilmington Police Department is asking for help identifying two people caught on camera using a stolen EBT card and a stolen credit card.

The victim reported the cards stolen Aug. 25 from the Walmart on Sigmon Road. Just a few hours later, police say the suspects were spotted using the cards at Target and in the Food Lion off Oleander Dr. Investigators say the Food Lion video shows the man and woman purchasing three shopping carts of groceries with the victim’s EBT card.

Police believe the suspects have spent more than a $1,000 on both cards.
