Thompson, 24, and Jacobs, 17, are charged with attempted first degree murder, assault with a deadly weapon and conspiracy for their role in the shooting.

A New Hanover County judge increased Thompson’s bail today from $500,000 to $700,000 at the request of the district attorney.
