READ MORE:

WILMINGTON, NC, (WWAY) -- Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting in the 600 block of Mcrae Street Wednesday night.

Police say a 19-year-old was shot in the left ankle. Now, they are searching for a black man wearing a black hoodie and driving a black jeep. Police also say they found five shell casings at the scene and the victim was taken to a hospital.

Moments later, police received another report of shots fired at the 1600 block of Darlington. Police say once they arrived at the scene, no one would talk to them and there wasn't enough evidence for an investigation. It is unclear if the two incidents are related.

"Police say once they arrived at the scene, no one would talk to them and there wasn't enough evidence for an investigation."

These will be the same folks marching and demanding the police do more when one of their family members is killed.

But....

...was there a Curfew violation...and/or...was this fight taken outside the Curfew area to not violate the said "Curfew"?
