FIRST LOOK: 'Christmas in Conway' trailer


WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- In a couple weeks Wilmington takes on a starring role in the Hallmark Hall of Fame movie "Christmas in Conway." It airs Sunday, Dec. 1 on WWAY NewsChannel 3 and ABC.

The movie, starring Mary-Louise Parker, Andy Garcia and Mandy Moore shot in Wilmington in August.

Now WWAY is getting a first look at the trailer for "Christmas in Conway."

When Duncan decides to create the perfect Christmas present for his wife Suzy, he knows that the typical gift just won't do. Instead, he looks to the past. He sets out to build a real Ferris wheel in their own backyard to recreate the night he proposed.

In order to build it, Duncan enlists the help of Tommy, a landscaper who would do anything to help Suzy. While Duncan is on a romantic mission to display his love for Suzy, another love grows - one between Tommy and Natalie, the nurse caring for Suzy who has quickly become her friend.
