PENDER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — A Pender County teen is in jail after deputies say they caught him with drugs on a school bus.

The Pender County Sheriff’s Office says yesterday it was investigating disorderly conduct on a school bus at the end of the day at Trask High School in Rocky Point. That’s when deputies say they found Qu’ran Jevon Robinson had packaged marijuana.

Robinson, 16, is charged with possession with intent to sell/deliver schedule VI, possession of drug paraphernalia, and disorderly conduct. He is in the Pender County Jail under a $3,000 secure bond.

    Sad. Maybe he will get his self together.

    It so sad to see that this young man has fallen into the wrong tracks. He has other family members that should have step up and taken the youngster in and chaperone him. It such a shame to see that his life will now be looked at due to this act in his teens.
