Krause's DWI case continued until January

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- Former Wilmington Housing Authority CEO Michael Krause went before a judge this morning to answer to a September DWI charge.

The case was continued until January 21, 2014.

Records show Krause's blood alcohol level was .35, which is more than four times the legal limit. Days later the WHA fired him without cause.
