WILMINGTON, NC, (WWAY) — A joint drug investigation between the Wilmington Police Department and the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Department lead to the connection of a specific brand of heroin to a number of local drug overdoses.

Sunday night, around 8:30 p.m. on Kornegay Avenue, Wilmington Police arrested 32-year-old Kendrick Davis of Wilmington. Davis is charged with Trafficking Heroin, Possession With Intent to Sell and Deliver Heroin and Selling & Delivering Heroin within 1000 ft of a Childcare Facility. Prohibition is an absolute plague The real problem; the system that grants exclusive distribution rights to violent cartels, street gangs, most definitely is the problem. Legalize it, regulate it, make it safer.

How do you manage to make such an ignorant statement regarding Myrtle Grove? If you don’t agree with a comment then go ahead and state that. Why do you feel the need to attack an institution that has nothing to do with what is being discussed.

I guess you are unfamiliar with the Bible. Being a private, Christian school, they can set whatever rules they wish. Leviticus 20:13 “If a man has sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They are to be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads.” Why would you send your Christian children to a Christian school that doesn’t follow its own doctrine? Talk about hypocritical. If you don’t like Myrtle Grove’s policies, send your children to a different school that you agree with. Let me guess, you’re children aren’t even enrolled at Myrtle Grove currently, or better yet, you probably don’t even have any children.

Like another poster said, Myrtle Grove has nothing to do with what the previous commentator said, nor anything to do with this current news article.
