A man rapes, strangles and tries to kill his wife and his bond is only $30,000? There’s 3 major felonies and 2 misdemeanors here. With a bondsman, he can be out and walking the streets by paying $2,000!!! Her life isn’t worth much, it looks like. Sad. I hope the victim is recovering well.
