WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — New Hanover County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a woman yesterday after responding to a call about possible credit card fraud.

Investigators say it started as a call about two suspicious women possibly using stolen credit cards to buy gift cards at the Food Lion in Carolina Beach. Police there put out a description of a van with New York plates. Deputies on patrol spotted the van and pulled it over on Carolina Beach Road.

The driver, Yohan Bradshaw, gave consent to search the vehicle. That’s when deputies say inside Lakeisha Fulcher’s purse they found several credit cards not in her name. They also found multiple gift cards in the purses of Lakeisha and Natasha Fulcher.

Deputies charged Natasha Fulcher with resist, delay, obstruct and fraudulent identification after they say she showed them a fake ID.

Detectives are trying to figure out if the credit cards were stolen, which means there could be more charges in the case. In the meantime, they seized and photographed the credit cards, ID and gift cards.

I have had it up to my eyeballs with the fear of these scum-bags taking what other people work so hard for and using it (credit cards, hacking into accounts..) for whatever their hearts desire. My son was part of the Target scam….left him pennyless because it hit right before Christmas. These people stink and the hammer of law should go down on them!

Similar to the ones with the same name(s) on Facebook whe she says she “worked” at “Jamacia Hospital” Can’t spell Jamaica? Could some of the possibly stolen cards come from patients there? Huh NHSO?

In any event, there’s online listings showing both – Lakeisha and Natasha – names at the same Brooklyn, NY address. http://www.whitepages.com/name/Lakeisha-M-Fulcher/Brooklyn-NY/75ft82f
