The loyalty of your gang…….. First you have to kill each other then you tell or “snitch” on each other. No wonder they are out of control they have no real “street smarts” or “credit” just a bunch of non-sense. They woulded be doing the DUMD *ish that they are doing by attracting so much attention from the law if they had half a brain. If these guys or girls went to NY, Compton, Miami, ATL they would be crushed by real thugs and gangstas. Stick with your REAL family and get a REAL job or stay in school. Your not getting an education because your out shooting and robbing instead. Then your going to grow up and blame the system on your faults and mistakes because your too weak to admit your wrong and not as “tuff” as you think. Without a gun or gang would you be that “hard”. I really doubt it!!

The People that ought to have Guns, too often don’t and the city’s slime bags ( for lack of a few more chosen words) Get to carry ( I’m guessing concealed) serious killer weapons. There ought to be regular shakedowns in certain areas. If you look the part, we gonna check you out. The police of course, will follow stringent rules. You get caught hanging around with the killer or anyone else Committing a serious crime or even a simple crime then you’re going to have a price to pay as well. For not Ratching up policy the whole community pays dearly. You never see enough preventative measures taken and plenty could be. Lets have a counsel (Rotating members) that works like a think tank. And let’s hear what policies are working best in other cities. Get to work Chief… Give timely reports to the constituents on matters so important to all of us. Lets put Crime in its place.

And may I
Say, Thankyou….

So you think the police should just stop and frisk anyone that seems suspicious? What about the shy person who can’t look people in the eye and generally keep their eyes to the ground? Should he be searched just because his behavior is suspicious? Have you not heard of our fourth amendment rights to freedom from unreasonable search and seizure? The laws in North Carolina are such that law-abiding citizens are allowed to own firearms and to obtain a permit to carry a concealed weapon. So, yes, the people that ought to have guns are allowed to have them.
