WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — A teenager is in jail charged with human trafficking.

A judge granted Drequan Argu Dugar, 19, a public defender during his first court appearance this afternoon.

The New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office says “A Safe Place,” a hotline to help identify victims of sexual exploitation in the area, contacted detectives Friday. They identified a minor listed on an internet website advertisement for “adult services.”

According to a news release, after a four-day investigation detectives arrested Dugar on four felony charges, including human trafficking, prostitution and promoting prostitution of a minor.

Investigators say Dugar is a validated gang member. He is in the New Hanover County Jail under $3 million bond.

The NC Department of Corrections website shows Dugar has served more than a year in prison for crimes including breaking and entering and drug possession. He also has a pending larceny charge in Brunswick County, according to court records.

If you have a gun and a permit you are needed in Jacksonville Fl. Lots of luck.

Jesus stood up many times, against the slavery of other people. Read your Bible. A Christian society, executes monsters who enslave, murder, and rape others. As it well should. How would you feel if it was your precious daughter, who was being “pimped out” ?

The Ten Commandments say “Thou shalt not kill”, period. There are no qualifiers or exceptions listed.

In Exodus 20:13 the word “kill” is taken from the Hebrew word which means “murder”. God doesn’t forbid capital punishment.

Exodus is old testament. If you are Jewish it pertains to you. If you are a Christian, which it doesn’t sound like, then you believe the teachings of Jesus in the New Testament. Jesus wasn’t born when Exodus happened or was written, Mr. Bible Scholar. Jesus is all about love and forgiveness or did you not read that far?

It’s not his fault. He’s just a gang-banging, thug. Doing what comes natural. He saw the opportunity to take advantage of someone else, and he took a shot. I’m glad we put $30 million into Creekwood. And pay 16 year olds to have babies, out of wedlock. It turns out more and more thugs, like him, each year.

Great news! Another scum, danger to society off the streets. Now, if only the justice system will work and keep him off the streets this time. Based on his previous charges and now this, he has proven he has nothing to offer society but trouble.

When a person enslaves a young girl, and forces her into prostuition. He deserves death. If we were more liberal in applying the death penalty, these monsters, in these gangs would quickly disappear. Central Prison should execute at least 4 or 5 people a week. Could you imagine how nice it would be, if every year, 200 of NC’s worst criminals were gone, forever ? Instead we spend $20,000 / year to incarcerate them, or send them through the revolving door.

Justice should be a heck of a lot quicker than it is.

Why even give ’em a trial? Let’s just string people up like they did out west. Take them from jail directly to the World’s Largest Christmas Tree, throw a rope over it and we’ll even let you kick the box out from under their feet.
I think you’re being short-sighted at 4 to 5 a week. There are that many communist, socialist democrats on this post we can start with.
The only ones left standing will be good God-fearing Republicans that thinks Jesus wants you to kill people even though the Ten Commandments says “Thou shalt not kill”.
I don’t think it means you though, Public Avenger.
