WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — George Elliott explores the 8th annual Reel Teal Film Festival.

Students in the Flicker Film Society host the free event at the Lumina Theater on campus.

They’re hosting short films from around the world.

Committee members describe the festival as “If the Oscars and Sundance had a baby.”

The festival is shown in 4 blocks Friday, February 21st at 7pm.
