WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — When you work out, you probably do the three common types of exercise. Maybe you’ll do some cardio, then some strength training and finish with stretching.

But, there is a fourth one, balancing, that not many people do. If you want to stay mobile your entire life, you’ll want to improve your balance.
