WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The Junior League of Wilmington & Capital Ford Lincoln of Wilmington proudly present the Fifth Annual Touch a Truck Event!

Junior League of Wilmington President Mary Heidenreich sat down for Good Morning Carolina to explain why the event is so important. Money raised helps her and other volunteers take care of people in need, for example they can provide food for hungry children during spring break, as they recently did.

More than 30 trucks will be on display to touch and explore at the Mayfaire Town Center Event Field. Tickets are available on site for $5 or a family pass is just $15. Get all the details from Heidenreich when you watch her full interview.
