WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- The only suspect to survive a police shooting at a Wilmington restaurant last fall had his bond reduced today.

A judge agreed to reduce Jalani Smith's bond from $1.5 million $600,000.

Smith, 20, was one of three suspects police say robbed the Pizza Hut on S. 17th St. in October. Ronald Roland and Tevin Robinson died when police opened fire as the three men tried to leave the restaurant.

Smith faces several counts of robbery and kidnapping.
