WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Wilmington Police Officers arrested three people for breaking into a foreclosed home. Police say their suspects broke into 5409 Beretta Way. All three of them live in the same neighborhood and told police they thought it would be fine to enter the home. The house has been unoccupied since last summer according to WPD Spokeswoman Linda Rawley.

All three of the suspects were booked and released on unsecured bond and property taken from the empty house was recovered by police. WWAY is working to confirm the names of each suspect involved.
