Two women arrested for leaving kids unsupervised

HUBERT, NC (WWAY) -- Four children are now in custody of the Onslow County Department of Social Services.

Sheriff deputies say Juliana Paramo and Tiavonda Norwood are charged with child abuse and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.

They say the two left their children, ranging from one to seven years old, at their home in Hubert, North Carolina for more than eight hours without any adult supervision.

So, where were they?

Maybe it's just me, but that sounds like the kind of question a reporter should be asking instead of reader.

Make cuts

IF either of them is on any public assistance, remove it. Also sever their parental rights to give the children a chance to grow up in a caring environment.
