If Duke Energy had not gotten caught dumping the coal ash, I wonder if they would still have been so generous?

If you do some research you’ll find the battleship is suppose to be maintained by the State of NC. Why is it that they are solisiting help from business and individuals for stuff that taxpayers are already suppose to be funding?

NC is facing a budget shortfall. There may not be enough of money from taxpayers to include the repairs in the budget. If businesses want to chip in and help, who are we to complain?
