SURF CITY, NC (WCTI) — An Onslow County man has been arrested for creating a fake child abuse donation box outside a store in order to take people’s money.

Surf City Police said Samuel Carson Harris, 47, of Sneads Ferry, was arrested and charged with felony obtain property false pretense.

Arrest warrants say between January 2010 and November 2013, Harris obtained an unknown amount of money from people at the Surf City Friendly Mart.

On top of the obvious fact that you don’t have the ability to construct a comprehensible sentence, you clearly haven’t spent much time in a Church or participating in charitable organization activities to help the needy. Your question, IF that’s what you intended to write, isn’t deserving of an answer.

The churches I have been involved with have always used the money they received as slated. If a person designates a donation to be used for a certain purpose, then it is used for that purpose.
