Lumina Commons sold for millions


WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- The Lumina Commons shopping center in Wilmington has a new owner. A real estate investment company bought it for $13.9 million.

The shopping center in the 1900 block of Eastwood Road includes a Harris Teeter, West Marine and several other well known stores.

The sale closed yesterday.
