How do I find out what the outcome of this was? How do we get public information and details to the charges and what the outcome of the trial was. Thanks.

Christine,

There are a few ways to follow up. One is an online court calendar search provided by the state:

http://www1.aoc.state.nc.us/www/calendars/CriminalQuery.html

A quick search there shows he is due back in court in November. Remember, the wheels of justice turn slowly. Most cases take many, many months to be resolved.

Also, you can contact the Clerk of Court's office in the county where a case is held, and they can give you updated information.

Hope that helps!

Well there is NONE for our children of New Hanover County. Depending on your judge you just might get away with sexually assaulting and abusing your children here in Wilmington and guess what it's ok. Yup so sick of this legal system that's run by dirtbags. All I can say is go with your gut feeling to protect your children REPORT IT REPORT IT REPORT IT! I challenge WWAY to grow a pair and do a full investigative story on how many pedophiles get away with their crimes here jn New Hanover County. It would be very intreasting to see what defense lawyers and judges work hand in hand.
