Back to School: Packing healthy lunches


WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- As students head back to school over the coming weeks, parents are often faced with the challenge of preparing a healthy lunch that is also delicious.

Liz Somerville of has tips that kids will love and parents can feel good about.

She suggests thinking about finger foods such as fruit, tomatoes, olives and nuts. It is also a good idea to make food fun like making roll ups and wraps.
