WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- Police say the driver of a car that crashed into a building Thursday night was taken to the hospital after they say he lost control because of a medical condition.

The crash happened around 8 p.m. off of Eastwood Road at Racine Drive, causing some damage to a Wilmington strip mall there. Police say the driver lost control, sending the car into a pillar right in front of Pro Golf.

Wilmington Police say the driver has a medical condition, which likely caused the crash. They say the driver was taken to the hospital for injuries, but is expected to be OK.

No word yet on whether or not charges will be filed in the crash, according to police.

I aint big on malls

Got to many stores in them malls. Even them strip malls, an that don't even sound nice to start with, got to many stores. At them malls, before you even find what you came for, you gone an spend you money on some a them fancy things your walking past. Then you got to come back, an with more money to!

If anybody ever sees my automobile in one a them malls, just take me to hospital. Just like this guy in this here story. Don't matter if I done crashed or nothing!

What...are you this guy's

What...are you this guy's Dad or something?

I'm betting on something.
