Felony charges for Bladen County break-ins

BLADEN COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — An Elizabethtown man is accused of breaking and entering into two different stores.

The Bladen County Sheriff’s Office said Michael Kemp broke into the Murphy Brown LLC in Tar Heel and at their other facility in White Oak and stole semi-tractor trailer tires back in February.

Investigators said they recovered 8 tires valued at over $1,600 at this time.

Kemp is facing several charges including felony breaking and entering, felonious larceny, and felonious possession of stolen goods.
