WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The New Hanover County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved an application to rezone 46.56 acres of land in the 3000 block of Blue Clay Road.

The area was rezoned from an R-20 Residential District to an R-10 Conditional Residential District.

This will allow developers to build a residential subdivision with smaller lots.
