A man was shot around 8 o'clock Sunday evening at Robert Strange Park in the 500 block of 9th Street, according to the Wilmington Police Department.
The man is about 35 years old and has been transported to the New Hanover County Regional Medical Center. Police say his gunshot wound is not life-threatening.
