Local Historian visits Pearl Harbor on 70th anniversary

Wilbur Jones is a historian, author and veteran, he was a boy growing up in Wilmington when the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor. Wednesday, Wilbur was in Hawaii for the 70th anniversary of the attack.
