The New Hanover Council of PTAs wants to make sure all children have school clothes. Earlier this week the council launched an initiative to collect used or new school uniforms.

Police suspect foul play in the case of a Wilmington man who has been missing for three days. Martin Garza was last seen at the Wal-Mart in Wallace on Monday. His truck was found in Johnston County early Tuesday but there was no sign of Garza.
