Bladen County man charged with raping child

A Bladen County man is in jail charged with raping a child. The Sheriff's Office charged John Owens Jacobs, 42, of Bladenboro, yesterday with two counts of first degree rape of a child under the age of 13 and one count of first degree sex offense of a child. Full story...
