FIRST ON 3: Video shows SUV, police car before crash

video Home surveillance video appears to show a car involved in a crash that killed three people speeding down a residential street with its headlights on. A homeowner on Colonial Drive gave the video to WWAY. The man, who does not want to be identified, says the video was recorded Monday night when a SUV sped down the street followed by a Wilmington Police car.
