VOTE 2012: Dalton says NC needs to be more competitive to draw business

Candidates have until Wednesday to file to run for office in North Carolina. So far the Democratic field for governor is a crowded one. The candidate with perhaps the best name recognition is Lt. Gov. Walter Dalton, who hopes to make the move up from the state's second highest office.
