video Documents filed last week show steps are being taken to foreclose on Berger's home. We also have paperwork that proves his ex-girlfriend, who is also listed on the deed, has been trying to sell or rent the home, but Berger has been less than cooperative.

Police arrest man wanted for breaking and entering

Police have arrested a wanted man. Brunswick County Sheriff's deputies arrested 27-year-old Frederick Corbitt Pence. Police found Pence at a home in Ash around 6 p.m. Monday.

Berger's case continued

It was back to court today for a New Hanover County Commissioner. He was supposed to have a hearing for allegedly violating a protective order by going to a meeting at the building where his ex-girlfriend Heather Blaylock works.
