We got word again this morning that Leland Police Chief Tim Jayne is continuing to force his officers to take lie detector tests. We're told the paranoid chief is trying to find "leakers" on the force, discover what they're telling investigators, anything that will help him keep what's going on inside his department out of the media.Full Story »

Recycling used Christmas trees will begin the day after the holiday for New Hanover County residents. The New Hanover County Environmental Management Department asks residents living outside city limits to take their trees to one of three locations this year.Full Story »
