The Rant: March 21, 2011

You may remember last week we reported on a street fight involving dozens of kids in Wilmington. On Friday, Wilmington police told us among the people they arrested was a mother they say was egging on the fight involving her daughter. The mom said that was not true, and her story has brought some mixed reactions from the public. WWAY's Kevin Wuzzardo has more in tonight's edition of The Rant.
