Middle school tutor, coach arrested for indecent liberties with 12-year-old girl

A middle school tutor and coach is in jail charged with indecent liberties with a student. The Columbus County Sheriff's Office says deputies arrested Jammie Lynn Locklear, 36, of Lake Waccamaw Wednesday night.
