Arrest made in Wednesday restaurant robbery

New Hanover County Sheriff's deputies have made an arrest in the robbery of a fast food restaurant Wednesday night. Stevan Shawn Hess, 22, is charged with common law robbery, larceny from a person and attempted larceny.

17th Annual Cucalorus Film Festival kicks off
