The Wilmington Hammerheads haven't won a soccer game since late May. They were hoping that would change on Friday night in Pennsylvania, but the Harrisburg City Islanders and the Hammerheads ended up with a scoreless draw. Pender and Onslow counties are cracking down on sex offenders. U.S. Marshals and several other agencies discussed a recent operation that targeted sex offenders.
