Scare at Roland Grise Middle School

New Hanover County's Roland Grise Middle School was locked down briefly Wednesday afternoon.

Authorities say Wilmington Police stopped a stolen vehicle near the school. When they approached the car, the driver jumped out and took off toward school grounds.

The school was locked down until the driver was apprehended. The doors to the school are now re-opened.
