Comedian Artie Lange tweeted a picture of himself lying in a hospital bed with the caption, "In the hospital outside of Detroit after going into diabetic shock. Trying to get better. Sorry for missing gigs." A second tweet showed his road manager and Lange said he was helping to take care of the comedian. Lange has been touring the United States with his stand-up show.
