And they got my vote!
And they got my vote! Unfortunately I am a frequent Delta flyer and have to use this airline to fly to Atlanta.
One week the coffee machine was broke and you could not get one of the few beverages they don't charge for. I flew the next week on the same aircraft and guess what........ The coffee machine was still broke (or maybe it broke again, but seriously doubt it). That got me to thinking as we climbed to our cruising altitude. "If they cannot fix something as simple as a coffee machine, what about the rest of the aircraft maintenance"?
