Alleged sexual assault criminal arrested

THIS MAN NEEDS TO BE LOCKED UP FOR LIFE. HE IS DANGEROUS AND CRAZY. YOU GUYS DON'T KNOW WHAT HE HAS ALL DONE HERE. HE ALSO KIDNAPPED A TEENAGE GIRL BEFORE AND POSSIBLY RAPED HER AS WELL. HE NEEDS TO BE PUT ON DEATH ROW. HE NEEDS TO STAY AWAY FROM TEEN GIRLS ESPESH WHEN THEY ARE ONLY 17. HES 21, CANT HE GET A GIRL HIS OWN AGE THATS WILLING TO HAVE SEX WITH HIM? VERSUS RAPING YOUNG INNOCENT GIRLS? YA'LL HAVE NO HEARTS.

He's a good kid that enjoys working on custom vehicles and without a doubt wouldnt do something like that this is all messed up and needs to be fixed

I know that William wouldn't do that.. That girl that supposely said that he did must have been really wanting money. William is too good of a boy to be doing that.. Ya'll need to back off William and leave him alone!!

I am the mother of four children from ages 17 to 5 yrs. My oldest is a female so I have already gone thru some of the trying things this young ladies parents are about to go thru. However, I feel as though they handled this very poorly, too say the least. Why did they as parents not know where there daughter was or who she was with? It is up to them to keep her safe if they don't feel she is old enough to do this for her self. However, as a mother of a 17 year old girl you will never covince me that this young lady did not know what she was doing. If you have been in any of our local high schools or in the classes that have been taught in our public schools adressing sexual ed., this girl was more than aware that she could ruin this boys life. He is as much of a young adult as she. What is being done to him, his family, and his reputation is not right. These laws don't always protect the "innocent", this time it's being used to punish someone unfairly. Parents if you want to protect your girls or boys, know who they are with, where they are and what they will be doing and most importantly check behind them to besure that is where they are, that they are doing what they should be doing and are with who they said they would be with. If you have to just drop in on them let them know that at any time you may just do that.

I have met this young man before, he's a good kid. These charges are way over the top.

North Carolina really needs to take a long hard look at its stuatory rape laws. You can not legislate morality, no matter how hard you try. Was this rape or molestation of a child? Or was this a promiscuous teenage girl flirting and having sex with someone her parents didn't like that happened to be a couple of years older than her? It happens alot when teenagers are not properly supervised or are expert liars. Moms and Dads are naive in beleiving that their daughters are nuns in the making and then want to attack the young guys that don't have the sense enough to verify the girl's age. I understand they are using the tools available to them (if he is in jail, he can't have sex with my daughter)but some parents need to look at their children and then at themselves before the ruin a young guys life by labeling him as a sexual predator. IF this guy is a sexual predator there are physcological tests that can assess it and then the state can deal with him. Otherwise, why don't these parents try monitoring their daughter and her friends, there whereabouts and activities. If this girl was 14-16 years old and having sex with an older guy she is looking for attention and acceptance or admiration that she is not getting otherwise.
