Detectives in Warsaw are trying to figure out who would leave a newborn child to die behind a vacant house.
Wednesday morning doctors performed an autopsy on the infant and determined it died from exposure to the cold.
The autopsy report also shows the baby boy was breathing after birth, but doctors say they may never know how long the child lived.
