Dozens evicted from apartment complex

Dozens of angry Wilmington residents are homeless after this weekend's rain storms flooded their apartments off Shipyard Boulevard. Management left a note on resident's doors Monday saying they had to leave immediately. The note was posted in three apartment buildings at The Pines apartments. Residents say they weren't given any warning and they have no place to go.
